They are usually fixed to the pool coping/surround with heavy-duty elastic bungee straps
A debris cover for a small to medium size pool does not need a roller but a roller is recommended for pools larger than 6 x 3 m/20 x 10 feet
Please note that a debris cover is NOT a Safety Cover and should not be relied on to keep kids safe around the pool
